One-on-one sessions are fully customized and reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows will be charged in full. Training time slots are limited, prepared in advance, and cannot be rebooked on short notice. StarPro Fitness is a hands-on, boutique training experience, and this policy protects the quality and consistency of personalized coaching.
Partner sessions are booked as a shared training time. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance incur no charge.
If one partner cancels, the attending client may train 1:1 at the single-session discounted rate of $45 (standard rates are $55+)
No-shows, Cancellations Same Day, are charged in full ($30). Exceptions may be made at the trainer’s discretion.
All classes must be prepaid by 8:00 p.m. the night before. Due to limited class size and the customized nature of our small group training, registration and payment are required to reserve your spot. If you are unable to attend or do not show, the class will not roll over to a future session, and payment will be applied to the missed class.
